Our mission is to efficiently provide pro-active, responsive, reliable and timely services for the administration functions of budget, accounting, citywide policy and procedures and asset management to our client departments with the utmost level of accountability, integrity, due diligence and in compliance with all City ordinances, policies and procedures.
Division Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and accounting support including but not limited to: Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Asset Management, Policies and Procedures for Administration and Regulatory Affairs and various City departments
- Accounts Payable Service Center for Multiple Departments - Administration & Regulatory Affairs Department, Finance Department, General Government and Mayor's Office
- Annual Budget for Administration and Regulatory Affairs
- Human Resources for Administration & Regulatory Affairs Department and Finance Department
- Asset Management for Administration & Regulatory Affairs Department and Finance Department
- Citywide Policy and Procedure
- Audit and monitor Administration & Regulatory Affairs divisions
