Monitor and Report Outages
Monitor a Power Outage. To monitor power outages or to report an outage, you may do so on the:
Set Up Power Alerts. Get free email, text and phone call notifications when your power goes out. Sign up for CenterPoint’s Power Alert Service or Entergy’s Outage Alerts.
Report Street Light Outages. To report a streetlight that is out:
- Contact CenterPoint and fill out their CenterPoint Street Light Outage form.
- Contact Entergy and fill out their Entergy Street Light Repair form.
