Houston Housing and Community Development Department Unveils Affordable Community in Acres Homes

WHAT: Mayor Turner and the Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) on Monday, June 25 will unveil The Cottages of Sunny Hill, a Burghli Homes community designed to serve as a gateway to the American dream. All homes in the community are eligible for assistance through several programs including HCD’s Homebuyer’s Assistance Program (HAP).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: According to ATTOM Data Solutions, U.S. home prices in the first quarter of 2018 were at the least affordable level since 2008. Burghli Homes has designed homes at price points compatible with several homebuyer’s assistance programs but are open to persons at all income levels.
