FUNCTIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP
This workshop presents information on how athletes (youth and adult) can train to perform at the highest level with the lowest risk of injury.
You will learn research-based concepts, methods, exercises, and programs that maximize athletes' movements in competition for soccer, basketball, football, baseball, softball, volleyball, and tennis.
A review of exercise progressions will be covered for lower body, core, upper body, and ultimately total body, to give athletes better balance, proprioception, stability, strength, and power they need for excelling in their sports.

YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING
The Youth Athletic Training for Sports Camp is a 1-week program focused on preparing young athletes 13 – 17 years old for the demands of their sport practice and competition, as well as providing the tools needed to help them perform at a higher athletic level.
Each athlete will be provided instruction on proper warm-up, strength training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, explosive speed, mobility, agility, and sport-specific techniques. Each session will have a different focus to provide the athlete with important variation of training stimulus and participation in a variety of sports, such as basketball, soccer, football, baseball, tennis, and aquatics. Each day the athlete will work through a training program that will take them through a progressive warm-up, movement work, strength training, cool-down, and flexibility training.
