Requirements: Applicants must:

  • Submit appropriate application (see forms above) and all documentation required by ordinance
  • Pay appropriate fees (see schedule)
  • Apply for any other applicable City permits or license

Once the application has been filed, ARA will direct the applicant to a designated facility for fingerprinting and the background check. Once the previously stated requirements are met, ARA will conduct an inspection of the property within 3 to 10 days and notify applicant if/when permit is available to pick up.
