Dance Halls
Form: Dance Hall Application (updated January 2018)
Requirements: Applicants must:
- Submit Dance Hall Application (updated January 2018) to ARA for processing and background check
- Pay appropriate fees (see schedule)
- Obtain a Certificate of Occupancy from the Public Works & Engineering Department, Code Enforcement Section
- Apply for any other applicable City permits or license
The location must be reviewed and approved by the Fire, Public Works & Engineering, and Health Departments prior to the issuance of the permit. There is a 4 to 6 week time frame for completion of this review. Once location has been approved and meets all other criteria, ARA will notify applicant to pick-up permit.
