Off-Street Parking Ordinance

Requirements

As defined by the Houston Municipal Code, Chapter 26 Article VIII, Off-Street Parking and Loading, is enacted for the purpose of requiring all persons developing new and redeveloping existing buildings or tracts within the city to provide sufficient off-street parking and loading facilities at all times the buildings or tracts are in use or occupied.
