Team Internship Areas
Community & Regional Planning: Helps shape Houston's future by supporting neighborhood planning, community engagement, and resilience initiatives.
Development Services (Permitting & Platting): Reviews subdivision plats and development site plans for compliance with city development regulations.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS): Responsible for maintaining the City's geospatial data for all departments and map requests.
Historic Preservation: Helps maintain Houston's architectural history through preservation initiatives.
Transportation Planning: Responsible for the long-range planning of the city’s transportation network.
Administrative Services: Supports the department’s daily operations, communications, and customer service efforts.
