The City outlined super neighborhoods to identify community concerns, creating avenues for government to reach communities . Most importantly, super neighborhoods encourage a productive and efficient exchange between local communities and city government.

The City of Houston sketched these neighborhoods using large physical features, features like bayous and freeways, grouping communities that share these spaces in between physical boundaries.

If a developer requests to meet leadership within a super neighborhood our division will connect them, allowing development to reach out to on the ground leadership within communities.
