Meet the Speakers

Jeffrey Williams, CPM - Deputy Assistant Director - Northeast Operations
Oversees the collection activities for the Department of Solid Waste for the northeast side of the city. Responsible for the collection and disposal of household garbage; Yard Waste; Single Stream Recycling and Tree Waste/ Junk Waste.

Derek Mebane - Deputy Assistant Director - Southeast Operations
Oversees the collection activities for the Department of Solid Waste for the southeast side of the city. Responsible for the collection and disposal of household garbage; Yard Waste; Single Stream Recycling and Tree Waste/ Junk Waste.

Alyce Coffey - Community Outreach Manager
Alyce manages community outreach and education programs to promote a greater understanding and awareness of recycling and solid waste service issues throughout the community.
