Houston Police Department officers were dispatched to a trespasser prowler call. The security officer informed the officers the suspect was in possession of a baseball bat and had refused to leave property. He had also informed the officers that the same suspect had assaulted him earlier today. Officers located the suspect wielding the baseball bat and would not comply with verbal commands. The officers deployed their tasers multiple times at the suspect, the suspect continued to aggressively approach both officers. An officer had his duty weapon out and discharged it multiple times striking the male suspect. The suspect was pronounced deceased at the scene.
