On February 11, 2023, Kingwood officers were dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance. The Officer tried to detain the suspect and during the struggle; the officer discharged her weapon, and the suspect was stuck in the buttocks. The suspect then fled the scene and eventually returned where he was taken into custody and given first aid before being transported to hospital.
