September 23, 2024 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another man at 5401 Tierwester Street about 8:40 p.m. last Friday (September 20).  

The deceased male is identified as Raymond Brown,19.  

HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Vaughn and L. Brooks reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found an unresponsive male with gunshot wounds lying in the parking lot.  Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male, later identified as Mr. Brown, deceased.  A second male with gunshot wounds was also found in a nearby parking lot.  Paramedics transported him to an area hospital in stable condition.  

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
