September 9, 2024 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 7502 Corporate Drive about 10:20 p.m. last Friday (September 6).  

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. 

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Arrington and Detective D. Stark reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex at the above address and found an unresponsive male with gunshot wounds.  Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.  

A preliminary investigation determined the victim was found by his roommate when he returned home from work.  Other tenants reported a verbal argument was heard coming from the area of the victim's apartment before hearing gunshots.  

At this time, there is no known suspect description.
