May 24, 2024 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 14800 Eastex Freeway (North U.S. Highway 59) service road about 2:30 a.m. today (May 24).  

The identity of the deceased male, 29, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Richards and Officer F. Flynn reported:  

The male was operating a black and silver Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound near the above address when, for unknown reasons, he lost control of the motorcycle.  The male was ejected and pronounced deceased by responding Houston Fire Department paramedics.  

The investigation is continuing.
