June 10, 2024 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 6420 Gulf Freeway about 12:40 p.m. last Friday (June 7).

The identity of the victim,34, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and M. Casso reported:

The victim was fatally shot outside a gas station at the above address. The suspect, described only as a Hispanic male wearing a dark-colored hoodie and dark shorts, fled the scene in an unknown direction.

At this time, there is no known motive for the shooting.
