July 7, 2024 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 7900 Harwin Drive about 3:50 a.m. on Sunday (July 7).  

The identity of the deceased male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer D. Thompson reported:  

The driver of a silver Toyota Camry was traveling eastbound near the above address when he lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway.  The Camry traveled over a concrete retaining wall and landed in a ditch.  The driver of the vehicle was ejected.  

Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the driver deceased.  

No other vehicles or persons were involved in this crash.  

The investigation is continuing.
