February 1, 2024 - Houston police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash at 400 Parker Road about 11:05 p.m. on Tuesday (Jan. 30).

The identity of the deceased male, 38, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Richards and Officer J. Johnson reported:

The male was crossing the roadway - not in a crosswalk - at the above address when an unknown vehicle struck him. The driver did not stop to render aid and fled the scene.

Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
