December 27, 2024 - Houston police are investigating the death of a male found at 2205 Fannin Street about 4:25 a.m. today.

The identity of the deceased male, 64, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Roberts and Detective J. Wallschlaeger reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a person down at the above address and found an unresponsive male inside a business. The male's body had signs of trauma and Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.

An autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will determine the male's cause of death.
