April 12, 2024 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 10070 Westpark Drive about 4:40 a.m. on Thursday (April 11).

The identity and cause of death of the male, 36, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and M. Casso reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a welfare check call at an apartment complex at the above address and found the male deceased and in a state of decomposition inside an apartment.

The investigation is pending the person's manner and cause of death, to be determined by an autopsy.
