November 27, 2023 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 2408 Southmore Boulevard about 10:10 p.m. on November 22,  

The identity and cause of death of the male, 41, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Detective J. Jorsch reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at an apartment complex at the above address and found an unresponsive male.  He had suffered blunt force trauma.  Houston Fire Department paramedics were on scene and pronounced the man deceased.  

At this time, is has not been determined if foul play was involved.  The investigation is pending the man's manner and cause of death.
