June 12, 2023 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 12800 Dunlap Street about 7 p.m. on Friday (June 9).

The identity of the victim, 29, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives N. Henderson and L. Patterson reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to the above address after a male was shot at the location. The victim was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
