July 31, 2023 - Houston police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash at 2101 Fountain View Drive about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday (July 30).  

The identity of the deceased male, 35, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant M. Sudduth and Officer C. Morales reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at the above address and found the male unresponsive.  Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the male to Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  

As per doctors, the victim's injuries were consistent with being struck by a vehicle.  

At this time, there is no known vehicle or suspect description.
