February 20, 2023 - Houston police are investigating the fatal crash that occurred at 6301 Hardy Toll Road about 3:50 p.m. on Sunday (Feb. 19).

The identity of the deceased male, 16, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S. Jewell and Officer C. Song reported:

The male was operating a blue Kawasaki motorcycle southbound on the Hardy Toll Road exit ramp to Interstate Highway 610 westbound when he failed to maintain a single lane and struck the highway barrier wall. He and the motorcycle fell over the retaining wall and landed on the ground below at 6100 Frisco Street. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.

There were no other persons or vehicles involved in this crash.
