August 18, 2023 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3700 Tierwester Street about 12:40 p.m. on Thursday (August 17).

The identity of the victim, 37, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and M. Casso reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man deceased. The suspect fled the scene in a white vehicle immediately after the shooting.

A preliminary investigation indicated the victim and the suspect knew each other and had recent disputes with one another.
