October 24, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman at 7214 Narcissus Street about 3:55 p.m. on Saturday (October 22).

The victim is identified as Martha Soto, 68.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives L. Patterson and N. Henderson reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and, found Ms. Soto had been shot. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Soto to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased.

According to witnesses, a young Hispanic male with a slim build was seen shooting at the residence. He then fled the scene in a vehicle described as a black Cadillac sedan.
