November 21, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 5906 Werner Street about 12:45 a.m. today (Nov. 21).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Meek and Detective D. Lunceford reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the above address and located the victim unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.  Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived and pronounced the male deceased.
