Suspect Arrested, Charged in Shooting at 13307 Orleans Street
March 4, 2022 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the shooting of a man at 13307 Orleans Street about 11:40 a.m. on Thursday (March 3).
The suspect, Roberto Rodriguez, 45, is charged with aggravated assault of a family member with a deadly weapon in the 351st State District Court. He is accused in the shooting of his son, Roberto Alejandro Rodriguez Graz, 23, who was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer L. Garcia reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at a residence at the above address and learned Rodriguez shot Mr. Rodriguez Graz in the ankle during an argument. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Rodriguez Graz to the hospital in stable condition.
Officers detained Rodriguez at the scene and recovered a gun from his possession. He was arrested and subsequently charged.
