Mr. Ferguson and two other males traveled in a silver Lincoln Towncar to a duplex at 7900 West Airport to pick up a family member of the driver. As they arrived at the location, the three men observed a large crowd partially blocking the vehicle’s access to the small driveway of the duplex. After picking up the family member, the men attempted to leave and were confronted by an unknown black male, who ordered the driver out of the Lincoln Towncar.
