June 27, 2022 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 4800 Reveille Street about 3:10 a.m. on Saturday (June 25).

The identity of the deceased male victim, 57, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant P. Pham and Officer J. Crisler reported:

A red Ford Fiesta was believed to be traveling northbound near the above address. A gray Cadillac DHS appeared to be traveling southbound on Telephone Road and crossing at Reveille Street when both vehicles collided head-on in the intersection.

The victim, a front seat passenger in the Ford, was pronounced deceased. The drivers of both vehicles were transported to an area hospital in unknown condition. The back seat passenger of the Fiesta was transported to an area hospital in an unknown condition.

No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
