January 20, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 4701 Anderson Road about 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday (Jan. 18).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Glover and Detective A. Graf reported:

The victim contacted a family member and advised that he had been shot and was along a drainage ditch at the above address.  Paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s) in the shooting.
