January 07, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a male that occurred at 2000 Counter Point Drive about 9 a.m. today (January 7).

The victim, Harold Hulgan, 60, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives J. De La Torre and A. Carroll reported:

Officers responded to a report of a shooting at the above address and found Mr. Hulgan had been shot in the hip during a possible road rage incident.  Hulgan drove to his nearby residence and called police.  Houston Fire Department paramedics then transported him to the hospital.

Further investigation revealed the suspect(s) possibly drove a white Kia Soul.
