April 18, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 8309 Carolwood Drive about noon last Friday (April 15).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Duncan and Detective L. Lovelace reported:

The victim was found unresponsive inside his residence at the above address by a neighbor. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased from gunshot wounds.

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
