September 21, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 3223 Retta Street about 5:10 a.m. today (September 21).  

The victim, Timothy Adams, 47, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers J. Roberts and E. Neal reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the residence at the above address and were advised Houston Fire Department paramedics had transported Mr. Adams to the hospital.  

Further investigation determined Adams was inside the residence when he was shot by an unknown suspect(s).  

At this time, there is no known suspect description.
