October 4, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 5505 Lockwood Drive about 6:30 a.m. on Saturday (Oct. 2).

The victim, 31, was transported to an area hospital.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer S. Buchanan reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at a gas station parking lot at the above address and learned the victim had been shot in his arm and abdomen.  Paramedics transported the man to the hospital where he was expected to undergo surgery. 

At this time, there is no known suspect description or motive in the shooting.
