November 22, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a baby at 5402 Renwick Street about 10:20 a.m. on Sunday (November 21).  

The male victim, a 1-year-old, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer  Garner reported:

A woman told police she was walking with her child (victim) in the 5600 block of Rampart Street when a shooting occurred.  The mother stated the baby was shot at that time.  Paramedics transported the child to an area hospital, where doctors expect him to survive.  

At this time, there are no known suspects or motive in the shooting.
