Suspect Arrested, Charged in Stabbing at 6614 Lost Pines Bend
November 17, 2021 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the stabbing of a man at 6614 Lost Pines Bend about 6:05 p.m. on November 9.
The suspect, Aaron Joseph ONeal (w/m, 28), is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 180th State District Court. He is accused in the stabbing of Christopher Cryer, 51. A booking photo of ONeal is attached to this news release.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives A. Alobaidi and H. Martinez reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a stabbing at the residence at the above address and found Mr. Cryer with a stab wound to the chest. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Cryer to the hospital in stable condition. ONeal was detained at the scene.
Further investigation and statements obtained from ONeal identified him as the suspect in this case. The Harris County District Attorney's Office was consulted and ONeal was subsequently charged for his role.
