November 17, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 700 Dairy Ashford Road about 10 a.m. today (Nov. 17).

The male victim, 38, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives J. De La Torre and A. Carroll reported:

The victim was driving southbound at the above address when an unknown suspect in a silver sedan (possibly a Honda) fired a shot at the victim and then fled the scene.  The victim was struck in the face and transported to a hospital.  Doctors stated the victim is expected to survive his injuries.

The shooting may be the result of a road rage incident.
