November 05, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a man at 8717 Spaulding Street about noon on Thursday (November 4).  

The victim, Tarrance Moore, 33, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives J. De La Torre and A. Carroll reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a stabbing at an apartment complex at the above address and learned an altercation occurred pertaining to loud music.  At some point, the suspect stabbed Mr. Moore at least once in the abdomen.  Houston Fire Department paramedics were called and transported Moore to the hospital.  

The suspect, described only as a black male in his 30s, fled the scene in a dark gray Chevrolet Impala with no license plates.  The suspect is believed to have displayed a handgun during the fight.
