March 3, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men at 10201 Telephone Road about 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday (March 2).

The victims, 24 and 27 years of age, were transported to area hospitals.  The older victim is reported in critical condition and the other victim is in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers H. Martinez and J. Kimbrough reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the apartment complex at the above address and were advised that one victim was driven in a private vehicle to a hospital and the other was transported by paramedics to a hospital. 

Investigators learned the victims were in the parking lot when a black pickup truck pulled up next to them.  As many as five Hispanic male suspects got out of the truck and started shooting at both victims.  The suspects then robbed one of the victims.
