February 23, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman at 7046 Scott Street about 7:20 p.m. on Monday (Feb. 22).

The victim, Danielle Cooper, 36, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer J. Cimeni reported:

Ms. Cooper was walking in a parking lot of a business at the above address when a white sedan drove by and someone inside the vehicle fired multiple shots.  Cooper was struck in both legs.  Paramedics were called and transported her to a hospital.

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspect(s) in the shooting.
