February 15, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the fatal crash that occurred at 2900 Wlcrest Drive about 7:55 a.m. on Saturday (February 13).

The identity of the victim, 41, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  .

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Rodriguez and Officer E. Rubio reported:

The victim was driving a white BMW X3 southbound on Wilcrest at the above address when he failed to drive in a single lane and struck a tree in the center median. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the victim deceased.  

There were no other persons or vehicle involved in this crash.
