Investigation into Shooting at 8600 McGallion Street
December 30, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a juvenile male at 8600 McGallion Street about 11 p.m. on Wednesday (December 29).
The victim, 16, was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives J. Windham and B. Godoy reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim at a nearby apartment complex with a gunshot wound to the arm. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to the hospital.
A preliminary investigation indicated the shooting occurred in the parking lot of a nearby convenience store. A second juvenile male, 15, was also shot at but was not struck.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
