December 21, 2021 - The investigation into a male found deceased at 2400 Yorktown Street about 11:05 a.m. on Monday (Dec. 20) is pending autopsy results by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. 

The male's identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Hollohazy and Detective K. Fregia reported:

Officers responded to the apartment complex at the above address after staff members conducted a welfare check on a tenant (victim) and found him deceased in an apartment.  The victim was found in an advanced stage of decomposition to his body.  The investigation is pending autopsy results.
