April 26, 2021 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 10400 West Montgomery Road about 12:15 a.m. today.

The identity of the male victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Uribe and Officer Z. Radcliffe reported:

A witness stated the victim was driving a blue Ford Fusion northbound at the above address and chasing another vehicle when the victim lost control of the Ford and struck the curb.  The impact caused the Ford to roll over and come to a stop in a business parking lot.  The victim was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased on the scene.  The front female passenger of the Ford was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.

The investigation is continuing.
