October 23, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 1400 Binz Street about 6:20 a.m. today.  

The identity of the male victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Miller and Detective D. Stark reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a person down at a parking garage at the above address.  An employee had arrived for work and found the victim deceased on the second floor of the garage with a gunshot wound to the head.    

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects.
