Investigation into Male Found Deceased at 111 East Loop North
June 29, 2020 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 111 East Loop North (East Interstate Highway 610 North) about 12:50 p.m. last Friday (June 26).
The identity of the victim and his cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Hay and Detective B. Rothberg reported:
The male's body was observed in the Houston Ship Channel at the above address. Members of the HPD Dive Team were called and recovered the body.
An autopsy will be conducted by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
