Incident at 11500 Main

July 6, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 11500 Main about 6 a.m. on Tuesday (July 5).

The deceased victim is identified as Kenneth Ray Foote, 52, of 4300 Jorns. The cause of death is unknown at this time and is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiners' Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Swaim and Officer J. Sosa reported:

Foote was found behind a warehouse in the 11500 block of South Main. He was a truck driver and his truck was found near his body. It is unknown what transpired before Foote's death but investigators speculate that he became ill inside his truck and got out to find help. If not, he was robbed and killed while sleeping behind the warehouse.
