December 21, 2020 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 4200 Fidelity Street about 3:05 p.m. last Friday (December 18).  

The identity of the male victim, 69, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant F. Briones and Officer E. Morgado reported:  

The driver of a tractor-trailer truck was leaving a job site at the above address when he suffered a medical episode and rolled the 18-wheeler into a ditch.  Witnesses found the victim unresponsive in the vehicle and called 9-1-1.  

Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  

No other vehicles or persons were involved in the crash.
