December 9, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 3201 North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45) about 10:05 p.m. on Tuesday (December 8).  

The victim, Eduardo Garcia, 37, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer S. Buchanan reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and learned Mr. Garcia had been shot in the arm while riding in a for-hire vehicle.  The passenger with Garcia was not injured.  Paramedics transported Garcia to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.  

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
